Central Visitation Program needs YOU to volunteer!
Increased visibility for Central Visitation Program has meant more client referrals - such that the program has been incredibly busy the past few months.
Additional volunteers are needed to help serve children so they can see their non-residential parent on a regular basis.
Volunteering with Central Visitation Program requires a 1 1/2 hour commitment on a weekly basis. If you have a friend and you would prefer to "share" a time spot or do every other week visits these are possibilities as well. The greatest need for volunteers is on Saturdays in Denver and Brighton right now, but weekday volunteers in Denver are needed as well.
Interviews and orientation are done by the staff and current volunteers and on-going training is provided as well. If you are interested in volunteering or know someone who might be, have them contact Brad at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 303-839-8701.
Central Visitation Program, or CVP, is a low-fee supervised visitation program that provides a safe and comfortable environment in which children and non-residential parents may visit. The parenting time is supervised by volunteers and allows children the opportunity to develop a meaningful relationship with the non-residential parent that might not otherwise be possible.
